After using my BP_Touch for a while on the mill I decided to change a few things up so I started from scratch and used the new VTK backplot which is way faster to render than gremlin is. Now I'm sort of a minimalist so I don't go for the flashy GUI's but that's all done with stylesheets or in the .qss file so it does not change the GUI to add style if one wants that.

The files

The Docs

Some screen shots

On this tab I'm using the new container with rules to disable everything in this tab until a tool is loaded

Now with a tool loaded I can set tool offsets for the current tool

Is that the same as the vtk backplot?
I didn't see vcp backplot in the widget list

Yes! I changed one word in the config.yml file and copied a dark qss to the ui directory.

Yep it's a .yml file, but don't fret you can also just put a .qss stylesheet in the configuration directory and use it by adding it to the ini file with STYLESHEET = dark.qss. Wow this it getting to be so much fun...

information about .yml files is here qtpyvcp.kcjengr.com/configuration/yml_config.html

How did you get the on screen scale to disappear for the backplot?

You can either toggle them on and off on the settings page or you can set the state you want in the ini file.
