Könnte es möglich sein, dass die Trapezgewinde bei einer Temperatur von 18°C etwas Spiel bekommen? Vor ein paar Monaten war das ganze komplett spielfrei. Jetzt kann ich mit geringem Kraftaufwand die Achsen ganz leicht bewegen, maximal 2/10mm. Das könnte vielleicht mein Problem mit den Kreisbahnen erklären..

Could it be possible that the acme threads get at a temperature of 18 ° C some slack? A few months ago was all completely free of play. Now I can with little effort to move the axes easily, maximum 2 / 10mm. This could perhaps explain my problem with the orbits ..
I doubt that dropping to 18 degrees would affect it, (I wish it was 18 deg in my workshop) but if you can deflect the axes by hand, that is the problem.
It could be anything from wear or slack in the nut or thread itself, to the nut or axis screw fixing screws come loose, taper gibs come loose and much more besides.
Will need some careful checking.
