That on pic no4 is a servo system with PID loop in Linuxcnc and encoders directly connected to paraport. Took some tuning but got it to work like a charm. Using it on a mill with some simple voltage amplifiers, ordered some much much stronger ones yesterday from Germany, a friend should bring them to me next week.
Will be interesting to see what can Linuxcnc do on it's own, as that is the simplest setup possible for a servo system.
As you can see in the pic, i have everything there in one place so troubleshooting is simplified to the max.
