Triple Beast mit Linux Cnc E-Stop Problem

Hallo, hab die Frage schon in einem anderen Cnc Forum gestellt, habe aber keine Antwort bekommen. Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen..

Ich möchte die Triple Beast Steuerung von Sorotec mit Linux Cnc betreiben. Beim Erstellen der Konfigurationsdatei lege ich den E-Stop auf Pin 11 (inverted). Die Motoren funktionieren beim Test. Wenn ich dann aber das Programm starte, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung:

Wenn ich das inverted wegnehme kann das Programm starten. Wäre super, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte..
