Hallo liebe Forenmitglieder,

Ich habe Linux Mint 19.1 RT installiert so wie es BigJohnT vorgegeben hat. Nun kann ich LinuxCnc starten, es funktioniert auch alles, leider kann ich meine hal Componente jedoch nicht mehr installieren. Der Befehl...

sudo halcompile --install mycomponent.comp

...funktioniert leider nicht.

Die ganze Struktur ist bei einer LinuxMint Installation anders als bei einer normalen Wheezy.

Wie komme ich nun zu halcompile oder zu linuxcnc-uspace-dev???

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

das dev modul sollte in deinem synaptic sein
sudo apt-get install synaptic

das halcompile kanst du auch einfach in dein usr bin verzeichniss kopieren
sollte gehen
/usr/bin/halcompile

Es funktioniert, es musste nur noch die Datei "linuxcnc-uspace-dev_2.7.14_amd64.deb" installiert werden. Wie? Mit rechter Maustaste und "open with Gdebi Package Installer". Wo war die Datei? In meinen Homeverzeichnis, die ist wahrscheinlich durch die LinuxMInt und Linuxcnc Installationsroutine dort hingelangt.

viel spass beim komponenten proggen
und lass uns teilhaben an deine erkentnissen in deutscher sprache die anzahl der hits lässt vermuten das einige da am umstellen sind
