so sollte es ein PNP Induktiv Geber sein, wenn mit 24 V gespeist wird, waere ein 2K7 Widerstand gerade gut fuer um die 10 mA primaer Strom im Optokoppler

The GND should be separate if using separate power supplies for 24V and 5V.
If it is the same power supply, then that is OK as is.

Also with a 7I92 you don't need the 10K pull-up on the OPTO since
all I/O pins have built-in 4.7K pull-ups.

I can also take the 5V from the board HDR PIN 26

The opto-coupler transistor emitter should be grounded
so you don't need 5V for that circuit
