Welcher Encoder für Servomotor Mitsubishi HC-KFS73

Hallo zusammen,

wer hat Infos.
Einer meiner Servos HC-KFS73 hat einen Encoderfehler.
Er bringt ständig Fehler und die Positionsdaten springen hin und her.
Ich will ihn austauschen, verbaut ist ein OBA17-051.
Allerdings verweisen alle Informationen im Internet auf ein OBA17-052.
Sind die beiden Encoder zu einander kompatibel und kann man den so einfach tauschen?

i'm not exactly sure, but afaik any should work. the encoder has to be programmed with the motor model number. sellers should be equipped to do the programming...

installation is a bit fiddly, but perfectly possible. the disc should be aligned to rotor magnetic poles, can be done with a current-limited lab power supply and encoder counter readout on the servo amp.

Er sagt, dass der Encoder OBA17-052 wohl auch funktioniert, dass aber die "motor model number" von deinem Motortyp im Encoder gespeichert werden muss.  Ausser du weisst, dass der Encoder von einem Motor gleichen Typs kommt natürlich.

ich sag mal jain.
Der Encoder muss nicht geflasht werden, eher der MRJ2S-70A.
Falls der Encoder nicht in seiner Datenbank ist, gibt es den Fehler Al.1A
Hier müsste dir Firmware Verstärkers aktualisiert werden. Dazu gibt es die SHFlash.exe, die beim MR-Configurator bei ist.
Aber ist das die Mühe wert?

Ok, Encoder ist bestellt.
dauert ne weile wissen wr da ist und dann schauen wir weiter.
