Ok. Gleiches Vorgehn wie oben.
Im Terminal shutter -s eingeben und schauen, ob er es findet. Sonst ist shutter nicht installiert.

shutter Installieren:
 Terminal: sudo snap install shutter
Ergebnis: ... Alle Pakete sind aktuell.

Terminal: sudo apt install snapd
Ergebnis: snapd ist schon die neueste Version (2.37.4-1+deb10u1).

Terminal: sudo snap install core
Ergebnis: snap "core" is already installed, see 'snap help refresh'

Terminal: sudo snap install shutter
Ergebnis: snap "shutter" is already installed, see 'snap help refresh'

Wie kann ich das nun starten und wie kann ich nun Screenshots machen?

shutter läuft nicht sauber unter Debian 10.
Ich empfehle flameshot.
Deinstalliere snapd zuerst wieder.
sudo apt purge snapd
dann
sudo apt update
sudo apt install flameshot

Jetzt Einstellungen > Tastatur > Tab "Tastenkürzel für Anwendungen"
Hinzufügen

Befehl: flameshot gui
OK

jetzt PrintScreen-Taste drücken.

Im Anhang, wie das inetwa aussieht.
