Dear rodw,
I can understand that with the different Linux versions. I enjoy watching the handling and behavior of Bookworm and the development of Bullseye. I hope that I can take the first steps with the new CNC machine with Bookworm and LinixCNC, let's see what's in store for me.
The next hurdle I tackle is the installation of a touchscreen user interface with LinuxCNC, such as Sample Basic. But I'll open a new thread here in the forum, unless it already has information that I haven't researched yet.
Personally, I usually have no problems with English support, if possible I work with documents in my mother tongue. This is particularly evident in the Linux CNC 2.9 manual, which I printed out COMPLETELY ;o)
