COMMERCIAL SUPPORT FOR MESA CARDS

Hi,
Several weeks ago, I sent a question to the email that appears in Mesa Electronics web page, but they didn't ever answered. I only need some kind of initial commercial support, since i've seen a lot of info on these forums for later use. So i think the don't provide any comercial support, isn't they?

In this case what happens is that specific card support questions get answered but answers to complicated LinuxCNC related questions often get deferred so long they get forgotten.
