Hi there
now 2 Weeks have passed and i milled several example and test files. So far everything is well: I can home the machine and mill.
BUT:
Sometimes when it's milling, there appears a joint 0 on limit switch error.
The machine is on none of it's limits and the GCode wouldn't exceed one of the limits.
When I reenable the machine and say "Run from here" and click on the same GCode line it does it without complaining, so it is very strange.
I also checked if the Swicth on the X axis is defective but it does not seem so.
Any ideas?
Best regards

are your limit switchs using screened cable ? , I would suspect your problem is noise on the limit switches , or perhaps look at using the debounce logic

It's not a perfect solution...
But I use debounce for some msec.

As do I. I figure that being 5mS late in responding to a limit switch (which will almost certainly never be tripped) is a very minor problem.
