CNC4PC MPG issues

Recently I had sent my Probotix controller back for a failed motor driver, when putting everything back in operation my MPG pendant will not work.
This is one from CNC4PC and worked well before i had the repair performed, here is a few things that I have tried so far.

1. Using the HAL scope none of the signals are showing the switching when I use the MPG, in other words go from False to True.
2. One thing I did note is that there is a small orange LED on MPG that is on all the time and before when it worked the light would only light up when the MPG was in use.
Any ideas?

Use a scope (real one) and check the signals. This is probably the best way to see if your MPG is working.
