Requested tool 4 not found in the tool table was created by 71GA
I created the excellon file with EAGLE and then I converted it into the drill.ngc file. If I open this file with LinuxCNC I get an error:

What does this mean? Do I have to edit the machine configuretion file or is it something wrong with my drill.ngc file. I includedRequested tool 4 not found in the tool table

In this error, the error says it all.
You must add a tool (number 4 in this particular error) to your tool table. You can edit the tool table in File->Edit Tool Table (top menu). But probably is better to read some documentation before you really start machining.
