Hi.

I was wondering it it's possible to jog in the opposite direction when, for example the machine hits the Z+ limit.

so, if it touch the Z+ limit, I want do jog in the Z- direction. Is this possible?

I have connected 2 limit switches to axis.2.neg-lim-sw-in and axis.2.pos-lim-sw-in, but if touch one of theses linuxcnc goes to a disable state.

Thanks,

João

When you bump the limit, Axis goes into the "disabled" or power off state. This is when you click on the Override Limits check box (it is greyed out until you are against the limit). After you click it, you can then press the power button on axis (or F2) to re-enable the drives and jog off the limit.
