5i22 / 7i77 limit switches was created by greeder88
I'm trying to get the limit switches set up on the 7i77 and having a problem with understanding the normally closed concept.
I have 12vdc + from my power supply hooked to TB-2 Pin #1
Power supply ground to TB-2 Pin #8.
TB2 Pin #5 has 12v.
My configured axis pins are #9, 10, and 11.
My e-stop pin is configured to #12.
All are -not.
1- Do I have to install firmware? Looks like it was pre-installed but not sure. The cards arrived in the last few weeks.
2- What linkage do I use? Example: #5-#9-#10-#11-#12-#8
Thank you very much.

limit switch wiring is
+12V --> switchT1 --> switchT2 --> 7I77 input
As long as power is wired correctly, you should be good to go
