It simulates XHC HB03 HB04 CNC MPG devices.

As i know they are working with linuxcnc.

works with any quadrature encoders... but the encoder you posted is not good for mpg
better take 100ppr encoder with detents for better accuracy and control

Some commercial controls don't use detents on their MPG's, I have one on my BP Discovery 308 VMC and it works fine without detents.

dont need any programmer , it's a simple bootloader , so you upload via usb , the download application is on st.com website

or here if you want an open source version

Which app from st.com must download ? Flash loader Demonstrator ?
The boot0 / boot1 jumpers in what position should be ?
