Most driving pins have invert parameters this would change the logic to what you want.
If you are using stepconf : 'amplifier Enable' may be the signal you want.

Can you elaborate?
Some pins are hardware-inverted, (pin 1 for example) but switch-on state might be hardware-dependent.
If you want a pin that is true as soon as the PC is turned on then you might have to look at all the pins with a multimeter to find a suitable one.
