Hello,
Have the mesa 7i48 installed, working fine, but when jogging forward i have a smooth motor movement, but when jogging backward, the signal is very unstable .
Also when watching the signal in the hal tree, you can see a stable pwmgen voltage jogging fwd, but a fluctuating voltage moving backwards.
Any suggestions ?

Yes, you must set the PWM mode to up/down for the 7I48
This is done by setting the pwmgen output_type parameter to 2
edit:
sorry thats output-type
