What does arc ok not do?
What do you mean by "Also all other values for Z-positioning"? This statement makes no sense to me.
Before the thcud component will apply an offset to the Z axis these conditions must be met:
thcud enable must be on
thcud arc_ok must be on
actual velocity must be within the tolerance set by you to requested velocity
Any of the above conditions not met and the thcud does nothing.

In the HalConfiguration i can watch pins during cutting:
- torch-up
- torch-down
- touch
- ok
This are the four hardware pins from the THC electronic module.
The signal thcud "arc-ok" doesn't work...
Also all other values for Z-positioning.

But all the z-values (z-pos. Z-fb) are static.
I suppose that there is a mismatch in velocity?
I don't exactely know how to adjust. I didn't find any informations.
The request-vel is 30
current-vel i adjust between 25 and 35 (without any changes)
correction-vel 0
z-pos-in and out 0
Does anybody know something about the thcud velocity?

Nothing. Also if the arc is "OK".What does arc ok not do?
For me the sense is that the THCUD controls the z axis. What do you mean by "Also all other values for Z-positioning"? This statement makes no sense to me.

You need to set the correction velocity to a reasonable value
This a a thcud parameter: thcud.correction-vel
Did you read the thcud manual page?

when cutting and a plasma cut is being performed , this signal pin should go on , or change state does it ?
