I have LinuxCNC running now, but it wont home properly. Every time I try and home the machine, the Z axis just keeps going up. If I click the x or y axis to home, The machine will just keep going up, past the actual ability of the machine but it does this inside the program. Anything helps!

Does your machine have limit or home switches?

I have limit switches. Now I am wondering if there is any way I could have accidentally fried the limit switched when putting this thing together...

Are you also using the limits as home switches? Test the switches, can Linuxcnc see them change state? Check your wiring. Check Hal connections.
