My tool path on the control screen goes 90 degrees away from my part set up. No matter where I set my x y z. Is it my post processor, or is it a setting in EMC2/ Probotix/ Meteor/ Fireball. I just get Exceeds x or Exceeds y when I try to run it. Thank you all.

More info would be helpful, such as what software (CAM), post processor, your machine setup ( hal and ini files) etc.
Also attach the ngc file you are using.
In the mean time check if you have any offsets active and cancel them.

Hi Tom, I posted a simple drilling cycle with the same Mastercam post that you tried for me. I touched off the same place that I had it set up as in Mastercam on the front right corner of the stock. The view on the router screen has the stock rotated 90 degrees and the display has the cutter path way left and off the stock. Is there an F key or something to rotate the stock in the control?. I'll send the program later today. Thank you.

I might have an answer, just maybe. Normal machining for me is x left and right and y front and back, both from the spindle. This router is opposite. I can check and see if that is my issue.

Yup, check that and let us know.
The origin has to be lover left corner, almost always.
If the origin is set to lower right, as i understood from your post, it wont work as the axis will complain about exceeding limits.

Yes, that fixed it. Y is x and x is y to me on that machine.
