I have jerky motion only in ramp path movement.
actual cutting path movement is smooth.
I had tried changing max acceleration of each axis, adding g64 p0.005(or p0.01)
but those tries failed in vain...
I found some strange point.
in the images actual cutting path is curved line but ramp path is polygon line.
I think this differences make some jerky motion only in ramp path movement
Is this logical conclusion??
if then please let me know how to fix it.
thanks,
Byoungil Choi
here's images and my ini file.
* those diameters of holes are 10mm(left), 6mm(right)

I'll guess that you created your code with some cam program. Linuxcnc does support helical arcs, so you could change your ramp from a series of linear segments to an arc move. The trick might be convincing your cam program to do it that way.
The G64 settings you tried looked more appropriate for a machine set up for inches. Try G64 P0.05 or P0.1 or even straight G64, but that may not follow your paths close enough.

the file was created by nx cam in ug nx 11.
can i have some hint for that?
do i have to edit post processor or some setting option in nx11?
i don't know where to start from..
thanks,

To some extent because of the inherent jerking programed into your tool path, it may never be completely smooth (the poly line ramp) compaired to the true arc of the cut.

I'm not familiar with nx cam. It is not uncommon for helical arcs not to be supported by a machine control. You can try playing with settings for your post processor or try using a different one. Changing some settings for your post might make a difference, look for a settings for something like arc tolerace or minimum angle...
