Please help with spindle speed

Tell me please.

I can not adjust the work of the spindle on my lathe with the use of the mesa 5i20 and 7i33.
It turned out to be not an easy task for me, although I have been working with these cards for more than three years.
But to achieve what I wanted on a single machine, with the analog, and not the modbus, control was beyond my power and I ask for your wise advice.
There is an inverter with 0-10V input and mesa 5i20+5i33.
10V = 2250 rpm.
First was a PID control.
PiD control did not keep the required speed and constantly slowed down and sped up the spindle. Probably because of backlashes in the system.
So next time I put these lines in my config:
setp scale.spindle.gain -0.00444
net spindle-speed-scale motion.spindle-speed-out => scale.spindle.in
net spindle-speed-DAC scale.spindle.out => hm2_5i20.0.pwmgen.02.value
This gave me a very strange result. First, the control voltage was not stable, as I expected, but floating in some range.
as if using PID control and the board always tries to pick up the speed.
secondly, the maximum output voltage was not 10 volts, but 9.
thirdly, this maximum depends on the sequence of commands.
if I raise the speed gradually, for example by "S50 S100 S 500 S 1000 S 2250" commands, then the maximum for a speed of 2250 is about 6 volt.
and if I immediately put the S2250, then the output voltage is 9 volts. But not every time. I don't know why.
S and Vout
100	1,2
170	3,5
200	4,8
500	6
1000	6
2000    6
2250    6

I put these lines:
net spindle-speed-cmd motion.spindle-speed-out => hm2_5i20.0.pwmgen.02.value
setp   hm2_5i20.0.pwmgen.02.scale -2250
The third option also did not bring me happiness.
All the same with only the other coefficients.
In my attempts to deal with the situation, I disabled the component orient, which, by the way, did not work for me, but which contains PID too.
This also did not help.

What am I doing wrong?

Here is my config attached.

Sounds like an electrical problem
I would first check the 5V power at the 7I33 card

Then I would check with the 7I33 outputs disconnected in case there is a
mis-connected analog output
