7i77 analog out 5

Hello, have a question, have an output for my spindle on analog output 5 of the Mesa 7i77 card, if i measure voltage at rpm 1000 I measure 5 volt output, but if i connect the output to the 0 to 10 volt input of a simodrive 6DV5.5 the output drops to 0,0 voltage. the input has ( by the manual ) an 10K input resistance)
The other analog outputs keep there value a i still can jog around.
If i put a battery of 1.5 volt to the input of the simodrive, he runs fine.

Did you measure at the 7I77? You may have a wiring issue or missing ground

Have measured at pin 23 and 24 on TB5 of the 7i77
and have only two wires connected to the simodrive ground and Aout5 to :
"sollwert" and "0volt"
No extra ground

One possibiiity is swapped pins. This would ground
the 7I77 analog output.

swapped the cable: no result: same output

I would check the 7I77 analog output by itself
and then check the cable:
(Ohm out at 7I77 end unconnected to 7I77 but connected to drive)
it should show 10K ohms or higher between the pins

after swapping the + and - don't have any output on the 7i77 anymore
with the halmeter it shows 300 at 300 rpm

At the drive input i measure a high impedance >10Kohm

I would measure at the 7I77 end (disconnect the plug)

measuring on the input of the driver i measure a very low resistence (allmost short)
