I have measured on a powered drive , the input measure very low resinstence.
We i put a 1.5 volt battery on the input the spindle runs fine

That might be the other analog input meant for 0-20mA current, but it looks to low even for that.
Does the drive have another "sollvert" input? Try that one if it does.

Did some test on the 7i77 analog output4 : when put and resistor of 10Kohn on the output en setp to 5 volt, the output drops to 3 volt, if i put a resistor of 12kohm on the output the voltage keeps correct 5 volt

Sure its 10K resistor?
If a 10K resistor causes an output drop, that likely means the 7I77
opamp that drives that pin or the 7I77s +-14V power suppiy is damaged

yes i'm realy sure it is a 10 K resistor
output 5 has the same issue
