Sure its 10K resistor?
If a 10K resistor causes an output drop, that likely means the 7I77
opamp that drives that pin or the 7I77s +-14V power suppiy is damaged

yes i'm realy sure it is a 10 K resistor
output 5 has the same issue

It may be that the 7I77 was damaged by a long time output short (100 Ohm load)
