I have a tool ling sensor and a Touch probe verse PR
I like to use Probe Screen 2.0 under Axis
Now a question where do I set the height of the button(40mm)

you normaly mesuer in a different coordinate system the tools bevor start
or change the coordinate system to the probe system when probing
so the probe is always against the known G53 point set by tool 0 or 1
and you give it the tooltable ofset of your REAL tool in spindle
close probe screen
enter MDI G54 (or the one you use )
and go on
T3 m6
G43 H3
