When i jog sometimes axis not moving.every time spin the stepper motor minus (-) side all the time with no problem but 9/10 times not spin stepper motor wan’t spin for (+) side.
DRO shows axis moving but motors not spin.
Is it stepper driver error?
Sometimes run indicator led not turn on?

This sounds like a textbook example of a stepper stall. There are numerous reasons for a stall to occur. Something physically wrong such as ways binding, failing bearing in the motor, overloaded, motor weak, resonance... Also mistakes in configuring the stepper motor or driver can cause them, such as acceleration or velocity set too high, step timing too short, voltage or current set too low...

Was this something that had been working well and suddenly started acting up, or is this something that you are just now setting up for the first time?

Sometimes run indicator led not turn on?

Everything that TODD mentioned, plus weak or bad power supply.
Last thing to check is the drive, that might also be damaged.

i doubt that stepper driver failure.
Because their indicator lights are not blinking sometimes.
I adjust amp limit to 3A next time i will adjust it to maximum limit.

I lowered the acceleration and velocity like acc 300 and vel 15.
But not solved the issue.

My motora are brand new.
I test run another project with this stepper motor that works fine.

Step time error?
Can you please explain that.
How to fix it

Thank you

I'd leave everything the same, and mechanically disconnect the motor, then try the jogging. If you have movement in both directions it would point to a mechanical error.

What stepper drivers are you using and what are the model numbers of the stepper motors you are using ?

Have you tried swapping the driver on that axis ?

I disconnected all motors.
They are free to turn without any load.

Stepper driver is BL-TB6600-V1.2

no i didnt swap any drivers or motors.

I was suggesting leaving the motors connected to the drivers and trying to jog, ie take them from the machine place them on your bench, floor, shelf your dog's back and still have them connected to the driver, then try to jog.

Does it happen to all axis or just one?
How many axis are you using ?
What kind of couplers, if any are you using ?
Are the stepper drivers set to the correct current for the motors ?
Is the power supply for the stepper motors reliable, able to supply the correct current & voltage ?
Can you post your ini & hal files and provide some more info about your setup.
Can you move your axis by hand and is their any binding, is the movement smooth over the full distance of travel ?
Where did you get your timing values from for the stepper drivers, are they correct ?

Yo enfrente ese problema y después de romperme la cabeza, probe un cable de cuatro hilos desde el driver directo al motor y ahi estabal el problema. El cable que estaba utilizando estaba malo. Entonces prueba con otro o por lo menos verifica la continuidad.
