Setting up 7I73 Pendent

I need help wiring the selector switches to the 7I73. Where should the two wires from each switch be connected and should the third be ground? I have a second question . IS there a sample HAL file for this setup?

Yes, inputs 8 through 15 or keypad inputs have pullup resistors so the switch common
should be ground (they will read high when unconnected and low when connected to ground
through the switch)
