Why does fractional SCALE cause linuxcnc to complain about a version update?

When I set the SCALE of my A-axis (JOINT_4) to 22.222, linuxcnc asks me to confirm autoupdate of my config. If I set it to 22, it runs without complaint.

My other axes have scales of varying fractional values.

I'm noticing this a lot, that certain parameter values make linuxcnc complain about the configuration file version.

Might be best to report this behaviour on the linuxcnc github. You'll probably get a better response from the devs.
