Linuxcnc + MESA 7i92h + pmdx126

I'm in the process of converting a mill that was running Mach 3 using a smooth stepper and a pmdx126 with a pmdx107 spindle controller.

What have I done so far:
1) Replaced ESS (smooth stepper) with a Mesa 7i92h
2) flashed firmware file 7i92_PMDX126x2D.bit to the 7i82h
3) Used PNCCONF to build a generic configuration, using discovery.

So far I have the X, Y and Z axis moving, still need to configure my Spindle, Probe and Home switches.

Does anyone have an example .hal & ini file that has a PMDX126 working?

I've configured the spindle for PWM on the only PWM in this firmware, but when I go into linuxcnc and try to run the spindle, nothing happens.
