Hi,
First let my wish you all a happy ester,
I had time with the machine yesterday, to the LEDs on the Analog section, I have attached two pictures, there is one led illuminated afterpower on, after Lcnc gets active a second one go’s on, I don’t know if this is the led PCW was meaning or not. I hope this helps.
I unlinked the PWMgen as instructed, I was able to set it with HALcomands, the HAL scope shows this as I would expect. I was not able to measure anything with the Real Scope, a multimeter did not show any output ether. (the two black wires in the pictures are wot I connected to).
If I did not overlook anything this would point to a hardware failure Correct?
If this is the case I am still confused that previosly in the Hal scope the output was always positive regardless of the output scale. I would expect output in HALScope to revers but hardware still drift in the same direction. Is there a mistake in my reasoning?
Now to go on, if I assume a Hardware fault, normally I would like to replace the whole Board, as Theas seem to be out of stock Everyware (Chip shortage?), I would by a 7i83 as the rest of the 7i97 seems to work flowless. Is there a reason this would be a bad idea?
Thanks in advance for the help, I enjoy the "atmosphere" in this Forum.

Its unlikely you would have a 0V output on multiple channels
on a failed card.
The LEDS look correct.
You would measure the analog voltage from the red wire
to the adjacent black wire.
pwmgen.00.enable must be true when doing this measurement
(on channels 0..4)

I totally did not have enable True on my test.
Ok will retest again. Probably will be able to do this Monday.
With the Two black wires i was too unspecific, I put a empty block with two black short wires so the drive is disconnekted, I overlocked that the now unconnekted Plug has two black wires as well and is still in the picture.
But than the messuring place seams to have been correckt, at least this.

I have great news, the axis is working.
It was one additional line needed:
net y-enable => [HMOT](CARD0).pwmgen.01.enable
I do not understand why I need this but no one else seems to.
All fore pwmgen Enables are in fact connected like the Documentation claims. But the analog output is only put on the terminals when the corresponding enble is true. pwmgen.00.enable is not sufficient. So now I have a functioning (at the moment vary badly tuned) Y-Axis. Thanks again for the help
