Hello, Tom,
this task sounds impossible for me.
I have been working as a programmer in the automation industry since 2005.
Without documentation it would not be possible for me to create a running state. If spare parts are not available because they are custom-made you need a designer. The project would be much too hot for me.
I have another question. My business colleague is Valdet Zeka. He comes from Peja. He wanted to know if you know him or names like Kushtrim Basha, Dukagjin Basha....

Most probably i know them all, but i am very bad with names (kinda sucks when you have 32 friends named "Besnik" ), but i never forget faces. If you tell me what cars they drive, i will know immediately !
