If someone connected it to wrong power couldn't you get insurance money for it?
Probably fried the Transformer. If lucky nothing else was cooked.

This machine requires 220V 3 Phase, and was hooked to 480V 3 phase.
I would imagine there is quite a bit of power supply burned up inside, anything connected to double the normal voltage or configured voltage would have a very bad time.
As to insurance money, insurance isn't going to pay out enough to repair something like this. Even if they did, the cost increase in premiums paid would make it a difficult decision.
