I propose you use wheezy deb I believe it will work.
I am sure I used it for mint 13.2 - ( based on ubuntu 1604.

I also found this:
superuser.com/questions/998991/glade-for...work-in-ubuntu-15-10

at the bottom seems to confirm what we want.

but before we do that - in synaptics did you look for glade-gtk2?
I would have thought the iso would have had the libraries available.

Have you seen my small WIKI for MINT ?

That is IMHO the way to go.

Thx Norbert.
To be honest im not sure anymore what to do.
I have stretch / calibrated touchscreen / newest master / 7i76e + 7i773 / gmoccapy / ladder.
All working fine. Only a "testscreen for all hw signals" is missing on my wishlist

I' m not a guru, I fear to loose everything what costed me a lot of my spare time.

Yes i read a lot in this forum, surely also yours. But that is for Mint and lcnc not yet installed. I wonder if i do a uninstall glade, doesn't this destroy dependencies/files that you need for you gmoccapy implementation?

Hallo Mike,

if all is running fine, do not touch it ;-)

You may build your glade test_Glade_panel on every computer you want and that just copy it to your config to use it.
The glade file itself is not OS specific.

But if you follow my WIKI, I am pretty sure you will not loose dependencies.
The easiest is just to make the design as a sketch, post it here, so someone like me can build it for you.

Yes that sounds good.
I will setup a vm and try to make a panel.
And also look to Chris question glade-gtk2.

Thx

You might be able to force a version in the Synaptic Package Manager

if you are still talking about glade, forcing versions is not what you want to do.
