Really sorry I not very versed on Linux or any of it really.

I did not set the source code repositories flag in software sources nor did I
add the stanza lines from buildbot instructions.

set source code flag in software sources and that made some improvement but still some issues with packages some are saying ubuntu is using an earlier version

im getting fix broken package remarks also
i probably can figure this out

You shouldn't need to do either of those at this point.

If you get LinuxCNC working then you will need gtksourceview, and that is most easily obtained from the Sid repo, but that still lies in the future....

bwidget should be available, as should boost-python.

A useful command is "apt-cache search". For example "apt-cache search boost"
