That was on a different computer that is no longer hooked up. I didn't have a very sophisticated configuration there. I thought that it would be just as easy to reconfigure.
I could probably get it back going if really needed, I was having problems with it intermittently starting.
If the 7i80 looks ok, could the problem possibly be with the 7i33 hooked to it?
Thanks.

The error suggests that there are no PWM generators enabled
in your hal file.
If you start with your existing 5I20 hal file you will have the encoder scales
and directions, PID tuning, and I/O correct from the start.

Ok. I will try to get the old one booted to get this, and report back.
Thanks.

I went line for line in the hal and the ini file, they have the same encoder scale and direction, PID settings are the same. With the exception of 7i80 in place of 5i20, they look the same.
When I swapped computers, I did try to get the 5i20 and 5i33 working using a PCIe to PCi adapter in this SFF computer with no PCI bus. This is why I am wondering about the 5i33. There was no indication of it but I wonder if I could've damaged it.
I hope that there is a way to diagnose it.
Thanks,
