Ok, solved 
As the log screen says, there is package missing in installation. You have two options - be connected to internet during installation (package will be automatically downloaded from rep) , or add required packages to installation usb flash.
Remember - it only happens if you are offline and on UEFI system.
It will be good if someone fix (add package grub-efi-amd64) the installation image that is presented in download section.
