Ok then i need the Preempt kernel. I bought a used GeForce GT710 today. And the system was immediately running. finally.. Now i have installed Buster with Preempt Kernel and the jitter servo thread is less than 50us should be good enough.

That in theory should be very good, but until you have them working there is no sure way to know.
