Network Manager for Debian 10

I finally got the latest 2.8.2 installed (Win32 Disk Imager fixed all my installation issues). I am up and running and I can access internet and everything off of the built in wifi on my computer.  I configured my wireless network during the installation process, but now that I am in I can't find the network manager to select a different wifi network?  

Open a terminal and enter:
nm-tray

And see what happens... But I understand it's all buggy in this version anyway. Good luck, hopefully someone will be along to correct me.
