They wanted to have the shortest path to an installation which is why we did that.
The Pi is in the 2.8 docs so we had to retain it.
If a User on a X86 PC does try those commands, it will fail without damage and chances are he will re-read the docs.
Originally, we had outlined the steps to install on X86 and the PI seperately with the minimum amount of keystrokes but the powers that be didn't like it.We totally rewrote the whole document for about the third time and made the assumption that a user had already installed Bookworm.
So it is what it is! You are welcome to send in your pull request with revisions
Its just a shame the Debian RT kernel won't install with apt install on Armbian. You have to build the RT kernel there which is totally not trivial.
