I build the new RT Kernel 6.4-rc2
If some wants to use it...

In my case the network latency is better and stable to the 6.3. version.

Yes, have been waiting until the patches were published and that happened yesterday!
PCW said 6.4 was an improvement..

There is a lot happening in the RT space right now.
