Inovance VFD with Ethercat Integration?

Hi,

I am trying to run my Inovance MD500 VFD using Ethercat Module(MD500-ECAT) in Linuxcnc. I have its ESI xml file.
Has anyone tried Ethercat VFD integration in Linuxcnc before.
If possible can someone guide me to integrate my VFD using ethercat.

As far as I know, most of Inovance's servos only need to modify the information such as pid vid pdo and so on

I just want to know whether I need to make any changes anywhere in Ethercat files such as .comp file etc for VFD to run with ethercat module.
