EtherCAT With Beckhoff Ek1100 and Driver AX5206 was created by Leuo_
Hi, I'm new to LinuxCNC and I need to use a PLC EK1100 and a Beckhoff AX5206 Servo Driver. I've already studied the forum and found some solutions, but as I'm new to LinuxCNC, I don't understand a lot of the programming.
I want to integrate LinuxCNC with a machine for machining aluminum profiles with 3 axes.
I hope you can help me.
I already managed to install ethercat and made LinuxCNC recognize the drive, but it doesn't leave PREOP and doesn't move the motor.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me!

This might just be that you are not clearing e-stop and turning the machine on. On most GUIs this is F1 then F2.
Otherwise, can you describe the problem in a little more detail?

Hi,I installed Linux CNC and Ethercat, I managed to PREOP with my slaves but now comes the configuration part which is a little more complicated.
I'm using an EK1100 with EL1008 and EL2008 cards with an AX 5206 Driver.
I would like some help on how to configure the slaves and obtain OP to move the axis of my machine.
I saw that I need to configure ethercat.xml and hal for lcec but as I'm a beginner with Linuxcnc I have no idea how to do it.
Thanks for the previous answer.
