I think in .hal there should be:
setp cia402.0.csp-mode 1
setp cia402.0.pos-scale 800

 


setp cia402.1.csp-mode 1
setp cia402.1.pos-scale 800

maybe something didn't get installed correctly ???
I' m spending way to much time on this.
had the last delivery of parts today. i have parts to build 3 more linuxcnc ethercat machines... but i couldn't get the 1st to move .... nightmare !

I don't know if it depends on this, but I think that in the .hal file
there is this error.
It should be: setp
not sets

 

LCNC should have given an error

That line is fine as he is setting a signal not a pin:
