Can anyone give me full detail intruction for the INOVANCE SERVO SV635N. I have try many hal and xml file but still not working. I have test all the servo in twincat everything OK.

ethercat slaves -v
etherat pdos
ethercat debug 1
sudo dmesg

and post outcome here

Possibly missing a first line
loadrt [KINS]KINEMATICS
in the hal file.
Anyway, you must attach your ini and hal file for any meaningful diagnose to the problem.

Thank you. After two days i know how to make to motor run. But now the following error of two motor are the same, but still too big sometime with rapid move can up to 1.6mm I think have to tune the motor, but i still dont know how to do it.
So in next step i will try how to input servo load  and digital input to add home switch.

After finish the these step i will update more
