Two possible reasons:

- Check xour INI and compare very carefully, all Joint an AXIS values, such eeviations can be caused, because the numbers of both necessary entries in Joints and axis ARE NOT THE SAME.

- just rounding errors in gremlin. But I do not Think that in your speciasl case, as the diviations are realy big in your shown grafics.
The preference file has nothing to do with that.

Zoom out of the preview and check if you have a green sphere somewhere.
That sure looks like some offsets are still active.

G40 and G49 are active when I start gmoccapy so there should not be any offsets.
