I just pushed gmoccapy 2.3.4 to master branch.
Here are the changes I made:
ver 2.3.4
- Leon82 mentioned, that offset page did close after editing a column and leaving
the edited cell. This was caused due to a hidden mode change to MDI because
leaving the cell would apply the change using MDI commands from
offset page_widget.py. Gmoccapy now checks the state of the "EDIT OFFSETS"
toggle button and does not react to MDI Mode switch if that button is active.
at the same time, the mode buttons etc. are disabled!
So just pull the latest release, or wait a until tomorrow if you are using buildbot.
I will push this changes in a few minutes also to LinuxCNC 2.7

Is there a preferred way to set it up?

first please uninstall buildslave!
That is not needed!!!
Just look at Buildbot linuxcnc
Please look first in synaptic packet manager, depending on the used OS, you may only activate the buildbot repositories.

Ok thanks
I used the Debian img with Linux cnc preinstalled.
I say Linux cnc in the synaptic packet manager. I don't remember seeing a GMOCCAPY file but I'll double check

GMOCCAPY now version 2.3.4 and Linux cnc also updated my config files.
So the offset menu stays.
Thanks again

I am glad you get it working and I am satisfied if you like gmoccapy. That is enough for me to go on with the development.
