qtdragon_hd - File not open error

2.9 and master are currently the same.
How did you get the version you have - there are some many ways now...

I followed these instructions.

I first chose QTDragon_HD whan I first ran LCNC.
I then copied my old config directory and modified as needed by comparing to the QTDragon_HD sim config.
