I just pushed more work for qtlathe.
I added a builtin remap for lathe wear tool changes and an ignore_m6 remap.

You will need the ignore_m6 remap to use the lathe macros.
They are also merged up to master now.

Try fixing this line in your INI:
REMAP = REMAP=T python=index_lathe_tool_with_wear
